Northern Ireland striker Will Grigg has forced himself into Euro 2016 contention after a phenomenal year in front of goal for Wigan.
The Latics' League One winning campaign was built upon the 25 league goals scored by Golden Boot winner Grigg - the youngster, released by Birmingham City at 15, hitting 28 in all competitions.

On loan from Brentford at the time, the 24-year-old signalled his talent with 22 goals on loan at MK Dons in 14/15. Two of those came against Manchester United in the League Cup in a famous 4-0 win and his form persuaded Wigan to sign him for £1 million on a three-year deal last summer.

Although Northern Ireland have called on the striker's services on seven occasions, Grigg has not represented his country since 2015 - and did not feature in their successful Euro 2016 qualification bid.
Grigg's form this season has turned heads, however, and ahead of Euro 2016 his name is on everyone's lips at the moment. This is, in no small part, due to Wigan fans dedicating a cult song 'Will Grigg Is On Fire' to the striker on YouTube.

Although his recent form has got people talking (and singing), it appears that Grigg - a short spell at Brentford aside - has always known where the net is. In fact, no player can rival Grigg in terms of League One goalpower since 2012/13 - the Northern Irishman's 68 goal haul putting him ten ahead of his nearest competitor.
