Arsenal maintained their pursuit of the title after hammering bottom-placed Sheffield United 6-0 at Bramall Lane, narrowing the gap to the top.
Just a few weeks after thrashing West Ham, Arsenal delivered a flawless first half against Sheffield United to repeat the same performance.
The warning signs for the hosts started early, with Bukayo Saka hitting the crossbar just two minutes in.
However, the visitors secured their first goal in the fifth minute, with Declan Rice passing to Martin Odegaard, who scored his sixth Premier League goal of the season.
In the 13th minute, the Blades found themselves two goals down as Saka outpaced former teammate Auston Trusty, delivering a cross that Jayden Bogle accidentally back-heeled into his own net.
Shortly after, it became 3-0 as Martinelli, in a rapid counter-attack, played a one-two with Jakub Kiwior, and his curling shot found the net.
The fourth goal came from Kai Havertz in the 25th minute. Martinelli provided the assist, and Havertz's convincing finish extended Arsenal's lead.
Rice contributed to the goal tally with Arsenal's fifth strike before half-time, benefiting from another pull-back by Saka from the byline.
The north London side scored their sixth in the 58th minute, as Havertz displayed a sublime touch to control a long ball before setting up Ben White. His stunning left-footed effort from just inside the box found the bottom corner.
Changes in the final half-hour slowed Arsenal's flow and no more goals were scored after White's strike.
With this result, Mikel Arteta's men maintain a two-point gap behind Liverpool in third place in the Premier League table. Meanwhile, Sheffield United, remain at the bottom of the table, 11 points from safety.
