Karim Benzema will not be leaving Real Madrid for Arsenal this summer, according to his agent.
The French striker has been linked with a move to the Emirates, with Gunners' boss Arsene Wenger looking to boost his squad before the closure of the current transfer window, but the 25-year-old's representative, Karim Djaziri, insisted that he wants to end his career at Madrid.
"We can not fight against rumours, but I can tell you, Karim will not go to Arsenal," Benzema's agent told Lejdd.fr.
"It has never been mentioned and no contact has been established."
"We are working on a three-year contract extension [at Real Madrid]. Discussions are taking place quietly. Karim could well end his career at Real, the club of his dreams."
