        Chelsea and Liverpool linked with Romée Leuchter

        Chelsea and Liverpool are reportedly keen on signing Ajax striker Romée Leuchter for free this summer.

        According to Dutch outlet Vrouwenvoetbalnieuws (VVN), the 23-year-old is set to leave the club on a free transfer when her contract expires at the end of the 2023/24 season.

        Both Chelsea, who already have a stellar attacking lineup, and Liverpool have been mentioned as potential destinations for Leuchter who has been in prolific form this season with 32 goals in 30 games. Although the Dutch international was not able to find the target in Ajax's two Champions League games against Chelsea back in March.

        However, the two WSL clubs may face competition from French giants Olympique Lyonnais who have also set their sights on Leuchter.

She's been on fire this season with 32 goals in 30 games, but couldn't score against Chelsea in the Champions League. But it seems like Lyon is also in the race for her signature.         As a football fan, I think Hope tone is a great signing for either Chelsea or Liverpool. She's been on fire for Ajax this season and her goal-scoring record speaks for itself. It'll be interesting to see how she adapts to the more competitive WSL, especially with Chelsea already having a strong attacking lineup. But with her talent, I have no doubt she'll shine. And it's not surprising that Lyon is also interested, given their track record in women's football. Exc
