Nani could join Roma, says agent

Manchester United winger Nani could be interested in a move to Roma, according to his agent Jorge Mendes.

The Serie A side have long been linked with a move for the Portugal international, whose contract at Old Trafford is due to expire next summer.

“Nani is a good player – the whole world knows it,” Mendes started telling Radio Mana.

“Will he go to Roma? Why not?

“Serie A is one of the best leagues in the world and Rome is a beautiful city. There is the possibility that he will leave United, but at the minute nothing is concrete. We will meet Manchester United and see, but there is interest.”

Nani arrived at the Old Trafford from Sporting Lisbon, back in 2007, but failed to secure a regular starting berth at the Red Devils during the 2012-13 campaign.
