Stockport County and Wrexham both achieved promotion to League One following victories on Saturday afternoon.
League Two leaders Stockport only required a draw to secure promotion, while Wrexham needed a combination of results from MK Dons and Barrow's matches to seal their promotion.
Dave Challinor's men confirmed their promotion with a 2-0 victory over Morecambe at Edgeley Park
Goals from Isaac Olaofe and Fraser Horsfall in the first half sealed their promotion to League One for the 2024/25 season.
