Watford has decided to part ways with head coach Valerien Ismael following their disappointing 2-1 loss to Coventry on Saturday.
Despite Ismael's appointment in May and a contract extension in October, the former Barnsley and West Brom boss has been let go due to a string of poor performances.
The Hornets, currently sitting in 13th place in the Championship, have only managed to secure one victory in their last 10 league matches.
In response to Ismael's departure, the club has announced that academy coach Tom Cleverley will assume interim coaching duties.
The former Manchester United and England midfielder retired from playing last year and has since been coaching the under-18 side at Watford.
Tom Cleverley will assume the position of Interim Head Coach at Vicarage Road.
