Juventus try to sign Cavani

Cavani, Juventus, Napoli | 2012-04-14 16:48

Edinson Cavani will difficulty stay at Napoli beyond the current season, as the Italian press report that Juventus are interested in signing the Uruguayan attacker in the summer.

According to Tuttosport, Cavani’s buyout clause is around €60m, but the Turin giants are willing to put Krasic on the transfer deal, in order to lower the fee demanded by the Naples side.

Apart from Krasic, Juventus are also said to be considering to offer Felipe Melo to Napoli, as well as Alessandro Matri, who has been relegated to the bench in the lastest bianconeri matches.

Nevertheless, Antonio Conte is not expected to have an easy job in bringing Cavani to his team, once other big teams, such as Real Madrid, Barcelona and Chelsea are also targeting the 25-year-old attacker.
