Nice triumphed over Montpellier, 1x4, on Wednesday, in a match relating to the Last 16 of the French Cup.
The first goal was scored by Youssouf Ndayishimiye with 29 minutes on the clock. After 37 minutes, Tom Louchet doubled the lead for Nice. With 39 minutes on the clock, Francesco Farioli's team increased their lead with a goal from Mohamed-Ali Cho.
In the 62nd minute, Nice extended their lead with a goal from Claude-Maurice from the penalty spot. After 74 minutes, Junior Ndiaye missed the spot-kick. Modibo Sagnan netted the last goal in the 75th minute.
With this result, Nice are through to the next round of the competition.
