Barrow AFC beat Grimsby Town in a win on Friday, 3-1, on to matchday 41 of the League Two. To this matchweek, Peter Wild's team came from a win, and David Artell's team came from a defeat. Cole Stockton made a tremendous game.
Cole Stockton opened the score in the 11th minute. After 22 minutes, forward scored the second goal for Barrow AFC.
With 82 minutes on the clock, Peter Wild's team increased their lead with a goal from Robbie Gotts. In the final minutes of the game, Justin Obikwu wrapped things up.
After the result Barrow AFC are 5th in the table, with 67 points, while Grimsby Town sit 21st place, with 39 points. In relation to forthcoming league matches, Peter Wild's team will play away against Morecambe, whilst David Artell's team will host Bradford City.
