Arsenal are reportedly lining up Columbus Crew goalkeeper Patrick Schulte as a potential replacement for Aaron Ramsdale.
Mike McGrath of The Telegraph reported that with Ramsdale potentially looking to exit the club for game time after losing his place to David Raya, the North London club may look to MLS for goalkeeping reinforcements.
Arsenal previously recruited current Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Matt Turner from New England Revolution in 2022 and the move for 23-year-old Schulte could be a similar transaction.
Schulte joined Columbus Crew in 2022 and soon became the team's first choice in net ahead of former PSV Eindhoven man Eloy Room.
His performances have impressed scouts around Europe and his country with Schulte making his USA debut in a friendly against Slovenia back in January.
