Barcelona booked their spot in the quarter-finals of the Champions League with a convincing 3-1 victory over Napoli on Tuesday.
After a 1-1 draw in the first leg, both teams had chances to go through and created early opportunities to score in a highly charged start to the match.
Fermín López initially missed a chance after a spectacular long pass from Pau Cubarsi but redeemed himself on the 15th minute, confidently slotting the ball into the bottom corner from Raphinha's precise cut-back.
Barcelona sdoubled their lead two minutes later, as Raphinha's shot hit the post, and Joao Cancelo capitalised on the rebound, easily tapping it into an unguarded net.
While it seemed the visitors was losing control of the tie, they fought back, with Amir Rrahmani scoring on the half-hour mark, after converting Matteo Politano's pass into Marc Ter Stegen's net.
Despite Napoli's resurgence, the score remained unchanged at halftime.
The Italian side continued to press after the break, and Barcelona thought they had scored against the run of play when Lamine Yamal tapped in after a corner. However, the goal was disallowed promptly for offside.
In the final ten minutes, Jesper Lindstrom had a great opportunity to level the score but missed with a free header at the back post.
In the closing stages, Robert Lewandowski sealed Barcelona's place in the quarter-finals, securing a 4-2 aggregate success by tapping in a goal seven minutes from time.
